I’m a mover, a shaker of high streets. I’m a mum to my gorgeous young man, Harry and I’m a secret lemonade drinker!
I help small retail businesses & Councils get BIG results.
I know a thing or two about retail. It’s my passion and my calling. I’ve spent 30+ years on the High Street, an apprenticeship within an independent fashion boutique, several management positions with independents, area manager roles for small retail lots and then onto management within large department stores, including JLP! (Yes I am green blooded!)
Really getting to the heart of retail businesses, maximising success through city, district and town councils, consultancy roles is a large part of my mission.
My souls purpose is helping small retail businesses grow and claim the success they deserve. You can find me in consultancy roles, as a Retail Coach, advising + helping businesses transform with my bestselling Modern R(e)tail Planner!

I believe relationships are the key to success. I’m known for my calls and my ‘Boots on the Ground’ approach and deep dive Zoom sessions. I’m there for my clients when they need me and I’m known for my infectious positivity, a coconut mocha with my traders, a big dose of motivation, some serious passion and next level customer service. I also have 'my ‘Rural Retailers 5 Crystal Clear Pillars to Retail Success modules which have been crafted over the past 30+ years, hugely impacting positively on independent retailers through the UK.
I have exclusive contracts with a variety of councils across the UK to specifically work on identified chartered market towns, small high-street offerings & independents within their area.
Together with me and my highly effective Super Sales Workout, which I deliver into high-streets on a daily basis, my special ingredients are ready to make your high street tills ring more!
